He was incredibly reasonable in his fees compared to other plumbers in the area and was so friendly and professional. The taps turned out to be quite the task as they were so old they had corroded and were not easy to remove at all. Despite the extra time this took Craig couldn't have been happier to help.
He was also very tidy and respectful of our home. He is now completing ongoing work for my grandparents. There is no one I trust more with them and they are very fond of him too.

I recently had Craig from Pearl Plumbing do some work on my bathroom toilet. I was so impressed by Craig's professionalism and expertise.
The issue I had was the toilet cistern was leaking from one of the underneath pipes, and he was able to detect the problem and rectify it quickly. Also, I really appreciated how he cleaned up afterwards!
